Rates
Summer: $1,400 per week
Fall/Winter/Spring: $1,200 per week
Optional Daily Rental: $300
*Minimum 2-day rental

Holiday Fees: If your rental period includes a holiday, rental fee is increased to $400 per day. This applies to New Years, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Renting Process:
1) Check Availability Calendar for desired day(s)
2) Contact us by phone or email to reserve Wood Haven for the available dates
3) Once you've received a reply, pay 1/2 of rental fee by selecting the appropriate button below.
4) One week before your stay at Wood Haven pay the rest of your rental fee

Note: Payment by Check also availabile, contact us if you would prefer this option.

Check-In Time: no earlier than 3 P.M.
Check-Out Time: no later than 12noon

Refund Policy: If you choose to cancel your stay at Wood Haven, we can guarantee a full return on your rental fees up to one week in advance of your stay.

If you have opted to rent Wood Haven during FALL/WINTER/SPRING. This includes the months of October-April. Click below to pay for your previously reserved week. You will need to make two separate payments for $600.00 as per directions above.

If you have chosen to rent Wood Haven on a DAILY basis please click below to pay for your previsouly reserved day(s). You will need to make two separate payments for $150.00/day as per directions above.

If you have chosen to rent Wood Haven during a Holiday you would need to pay on a DAILY basis. Please click below to pay for your previsouly reserved day(s). You will need to make two separate payments for $200.00/day as per directions above.

We would love for you to bring along your family pets. However, due to the additional cleaning required and property damage risk, we require a fee of $75/pet. Please click below to pay this.
